The Imaginary Wrestling Federation (IWF) was a popular play-by-mail wrestling game during the late 1990s and early 2000s.  The IWF is no longer in operation, but continues to be referenced and imitated by its players over the years and is regarded as an influential component in the history of fantasy wrestling games.
